Certification as a TopPlace2Work is based on a statistically valid confidence rating of 90% with a 5% margin of error. Based on employee population and a 50% response distribution, this provides a sample group number from which you need to achieve an 80% (or more) satisfaction rating on surveys to qualify for certification. Examples: A company with 200 employees would need to poll 116, and a company with 3000 employees would need to poll 249.
